Most importantly, our goal at Cookie Fix is to have the very best cookie you can buy, in desirable upscale locations, with customer service that is sincere, warm, and welcoming to all. There is not a goal for a number of locations or a timeline, but we are simply striving to grow in excellence in everything we do, every day. We know that the Lord will order our steps to get us where He wants us to be. We have an experienced, passionate, and FUN team that makes this happen every day...and we are excited and prepared for the potential growth ahead.

We continue to work everyday to build the systems to create a strong Cookie Fix Franchising value proposition. We have created comprehensive operations manuals and training programs for franchise owners that will enable franchise owners to earn more, spend less time and effort, and benefit from what we have learned operating Cookie Fix since 2016. For our franchisees to focus on the COOKIES, the TEAM, and the awesome Cookie Fix customers using our systems will be win, win, win!

Cookie Fix will always make our dough in our corporate owned facility and sell and transport to our retail locations, via refrigerated van or truck. Consistency, quality control, recipe protection and economies of scale are the most important reasons for this model.

Seeking new locations that make logistical sense is the natural way for us to grow. The southeast is our main target at this time.

  • Is great at hiring, training, and nurturing a strong team

  • Is able to master the technology for Toast POS, scheduling software, and other business efficiency software

Requirements

A Cookie Fix Franchise owner must be a full time operator or have a full time approved operating partner with a minimum of 20% ownership

  • The Cookie Fix franchise fee is $30,000

  • The Cookie Fix royalty fee is 6% of sales

  • The National Advertising fee is currently 1% of sales and can increase to a maximum of 2% of sales

Financials

The estimated total initial investment needed to open a Cookie Fix Franchise ranges from $492,000 to $736,000.

Additional financial requirements:

  • Minimum net worth of $700,000

  • Liquid assets and/or loan availability of a minimum of $500,000
