Cookies are baked fresh all day, every day for both shipping and in store orders.
Fresher is always better, so we recommend you enjoy and share your cookies as soon as possible. If cookies are consumed after 2 days, the cookies will not be as perfect as the day they were fresh baked. Cookie Fix is not liable for a decrease in quality after 2 days as our cookies do not contain preservatives and are intended to be eaten fresh.
Baked cookies may be stored in an air tight container for a few days, but of course, fresher is better. For optimum freshness and flavor we recommend freezing in an air tight container any cookies that will not be eaten immediately.
“Refresh” cookies by wrapping loosely in a very slightly damp paper towel and warming in microwave for 8 seconds. Thaw frozen cookies before refreshing in microwave or increase time in the microwave a few seconds. ENJOY!

Cookie Fix bakes with nut, wheat, soy, egg, sea salt (shellfish) and dairy products on the premises. We strongly caution individuals with severe nut, wheat, soy, egg, sea salt(shellfish), and dairy products against consuming our products. Before placing your order, inform your consultant if anyone in your party has an allergy.
Cookie Fix does not sell certified gluten-free cookies.

We offer shipping for both baked cookie tins and frozen dough to go. SelectShip to place an order.

Fresh is always better. Whether for yourself or an exciting event, we recommend to place your pick up for the day you plan to serve your cookies.

All ordering for in store pick up is placed on our website through our online ordering system. Select Order Now to place your order. If you have questions about ordering, please call us.

For baked, we suggest keeping in a durable air tight container such as one of our cookie tins or tupperware. For frozen dough to go, we suggest keeping in a cooler with ice/gel packs if traveling more than 3 hours.

Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns. If you encountered an issue with your order, please email: shipping@cookiefix.com and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right.
