Note: All orders ship from our Birmingham, AL commissary. Shipping is also available at select Cookie Fix locations. To request shipping from a specific store, please contact them directly via email.

Good to Know Before You Order

  • Frozen Dough To Go: Ships year-round on Mondays and Tuesdays, with a minimum order of 2 packs. Orders must be placed by 5:00 AM Central Time on the shipping day. Orders received after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available shipping day.

    Fresh Baked Cookie Tins: Ship seasonally on Tuesdays when available. Orders must be placed by 5:00 AM Central Time on Tuesday. Customizations are not available.

  • Fresh Baked Cookie Tins are available seasonally and do not ship during warmer months (approximately March–October) to prevent melting.

    Frozen Dough To Go does not ship during the week of July 4th, Thanksgiving week, or mid-December through mid-January.

    Shipping schedules and availability are subject to change during holidays.

  • Tracking: UPS tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Sending a gift? We recommend letting your recipient know to expect a delivery.

    Payment: Cookie Fix gift cards cannot be redeemed through our online shipping store.
