Our Story

Amy Jason

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Born with a sweet tooth and inspired by a Pillsbury Bake-Off Cookbook, Amy’s earliest baking memories are of sitting on the counter helping her mom make cookies and brownies.

Years later, as a wife and mother of three, Amy has whipped up cookies for just about everyone she knows, from guests at supper clubs, Bible studies, and PTA meetings. Soon her cookies’ popularity around town became so great that she started keeping frozen cookie dough balls in the freezer to have on hand to entertain, share, or indulge.

Always having “frozen dough to go” meant that her friends and family were never more than 10 minutes away from cookie heaven. While perfecting cookie recipes in a little 5 quart KitchenAid mixer, her list of fans and her dream of opening a gourmet cookie bakery grew and grew.

With cookie fans and her family cheering her on, she took the leap of faith and landed on beautiful and quaint 18th Street in downtown Homewood in November, 2016.

With dozens of variations and over 200 flavors and specials for our rotating menu, Cookie Fix doesn’t sell plain, flat, lifeless cookies. The texture sets Cookie Fix apart. Our recipes and baking process yield a unique, tall cookie that’s crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Loaded with the finest premium, gourmet ingredients. Absolute perfection.

Cookie Fix serves fresh baked cookies, seasonal desserts, and cold milk. Grab some Frozen Dough to Go so you can enjoy a warm cookie right out of your oven, anytime you want it, baked just the way you like it.

The Cookie Fix difference:

Baked fresh all day. A menu that rotates daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonally. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside!
