Please complete these forms for orders of 50 or more cookies.

For smaller volumes, please place your order directly with the store over the phone, online, or in person.

Fresher is always better, so we recommend you enjoy and share your cookies as soon as possible. If cookies are consumed after 2 days, the cookies will not be as perfect as the day they were fresh baked. Cookie Fix is not liable for a decrease in quality after 2 days because our cookies do not contain preservatives. We recommend placing your order for pick up on the day you intend to serve them.
