Donation Request

Cookie Fix approves a limited number of the many donation request applications received. We get many requests and only reply to those to which we are able to donate. Please submit your application according to the following required guidelines:
Complete our donation application and submit online at www.cookiefix.com.
Attach a copy of your organization’s federally issued letter certifying non profit 501 (c) 3 status.
Priority will be given to local charities and regional organizations.
Submit the application at least 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed.
ORGANIZATIONS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE DONATIONS:
Cookie Fix accepts donation request applications from local and regional non-profit organizations with 501(C) 3 Status. The event, fundraiser, or program must serve the local or regional community. Past support does not guarantee future support.
DONATIONS MAY INCLUDE:
Gift Certificates or In kind food donations and services. Cookie Fix does not make cash donations.
In order to accept and review your donation request application, it must be accompanied by a copy of the federally issued statement of your organizations 501 (C) 3 status and your 9 digit Federal Identification Number.
